The first thing would do is virus scan the drive at http://housecall.antivirus.com
after that, run some disk diagnostics like scanisk to make sure the drive is alright.
After that, clear the temp folder and see if the error still occurs.

Scan Disk FINE
Virus Check FINE
now we have a new error

Just what are you doing when the error occurs ? or what s/w is it that kicks this ?
& did you read the links that Mobile gave you ? The top one looks to be exactly your symptoms ..

You didn't say waht service packs, if any, were installed, but you may have to install service pack 1 and/or 2.
