    Print Spooler with 2k server

Running windows 2000 server with terminal clients connecting via citrix with neoware thin clients. At least once per week the printers stop working and all thats required to fix this is to restart the print spooler service. This becomes a hassle especially when it happens when I'm out and they call for me to fix it. Does anyone know of fix to stop it from hanging so often or of a way to write a script that will restart it.

has the printspooler stopped or do you restart it?

if it has stopped then you could try to set the service to restart itself in the print spooler service propteries. Look under recovery.

Just saw that citrix released a SP4 last week, installed and the problem seems to have been resolved
