And don't forget the time consideration. When I have 30 dell/compaq/hp/emachines waiting for service and I tell the customer he has to wait 4 days to a week to get his computer back, but I get to tell the guy who bought my computer that he can most likely pick it up at the end of the day, who's the happier customer then?
