Program can't connect
I asked this a while ago but am still getting users with this problem.
I sell a program that uses msinet.ocx to connect to the internet and uses http and https ports, however, about 4 of 1400 users are reporting that the program cannot connect to the internet, however, internet explorer which is integrated in my program works fine, only connections that use the msinet control don't work.
Some of the users are connected directly to the internet by cable with no router or firewall whatsoever and are still having the problem.
What can possibly be causing this? I really hate not being able to solve this problem even though it's very rare.
One of the users reported having the same problem in other programs.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
