I've seen some people really mistreat their pc's, its always the computers fault, the users are all geniuses. heh

not much to tell. I did not witness the event.

Many years ago I had a customer try to get a mobile phone (new price at the time was about $4300.00 installed and set up) repaired under warranty. Really clean car, didn't find the vomit till I broke it into pieces. Ugly part was I had to keep the old as evidence! For a while, anyhow.
