WiFi - Limited or No Connectivity

    hello everybody

my person laptop is a centrino with windows xp pro with SP2

i take it down to the library because they have wireless internet

but today i took it down and i get the message "aquiring network address" for a unusually long time and then it said "limited or no connectivity" and the internet would not work

i reinstalled windows because it was time for that anyway and took it back down, still no go

im not sure what the problem could be, maybe TCP/IP setting

    thanks

Did you ask someone at the library if they were having problems with the network, or if they've changed settings lately?

It would be best if you also contacted your IT support, they would be able to best configure your wifi settings to access their network, as they might have started using new settings.
