looking for a web based IP management program
My boss today decided that he didn't like the way I have our fairly large static IP list in an excel file on my computer. Since I recently implemented liberum as a new way to do helpdesk stuff he wanted me to find something along the same lines. Does anyone know of some free web based internal IP managenemt program? Basically something that I can go to the website (hosted on one of my IIS servers on campus), see what IP addresses are being used, see a note on what I say the address is being used for, and be able to add in entries for addresses I just put in use.
I think I broke my gole buttons typing google so much searching for something
Thanks for anything anyone can think up.

something like that can be written up fairly quickly using a database with web-interface.
I have very similar stuff setup on my own personal website, using php/sql.
