Verizon 555 drop offs
I set up Motorola ML850 computers with Verizon 555 wireless aircards that are connected to a hardwire antenna on vehicle...Many users have been complaining about drop-offs lately....I have noticed that some areas are better than others with coverage...Could this be causing drop-offs? Also, the VPN connection isn't lost until data is actually pushed through....Any help or ideas would be great..

The problem is that it only occurs in a few cars..I'm also running GPS off of it but Verizon doesn't seem to think thats the problem...Just looking for different ideas on why it may be occuring...Of course, it can be a million things but i believe the culprit is loss of signal...plus these computers run in police cars which also run radar and radios, so who knows?

Just hung up with Verizon...USELESS..After an hour of nothing they seem to think that their coverage in the area of the drop-outs is not as good...But, of course, they will be adding more towers...gotta love it...thanks for trying to help out....
