    This is when I realise I know nada about US child welfare law & systems, here the admission that he did this would have gotten him in serious trouble never mind anything else ..

    he's guilty (in my mind)and he will get his comeupins...now, they should put that mom on trial..hiring a lawyer before going to the police when she heard about it. DOHHHH. I wasn't too surprised when I heard they found him not guilty.
