Volume problem, what is wrong?!
I have recently had my speakers and sub-woofer become much quieter, i am a bit of a rookie when it comes to computer so need the help! I have creative 5.1 surround sound speakers and i believe they are played off the motherboard. The computer is an Evesham. Basically i used to listen to music alot and quite loudly but now i can bearly hear the music. I have gone into control panel and done all i can there, all volume bars at at the hgest possible. What can i do, how can i listen to music loudly again? Thanks

Welcome to Windrivers Forum heners_galore,
First of Check if your Speaker set is Functioning well and amplified well.
Take A CDPLAYER, An Mp3 Player or Minidisk - connect the Speakers Jack (usually PL) and Listen If it is Amplified well so The problem Is somewhere in the computer (Hence if it still sound low than you have problems with the speaker set).
If you have problem with the computer try to reinstall the Driver, or Use Windows Native Drivers for Audio.
Good Luck,
Gabriel
