    Another great example of why I don't do plastic, or online business. When I found out transactions less than $20 do not require authorization of any kind, I cut up my Visa for good. It also explained why everything for sale on TV breaks down into easy payments of $19.99.
    I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.
