Intel Mod
I think it comes from the past (radio maybe) method of entering competitions - "Answers please on a postcard to... ", when postcards included pre-aid postage. Saved labour on opening envelopes. Now they say write the answer on the back of an envelope for the same reason.
And Foxconn is a major manufacturer of connectors (you'll often see the name on sockets on motherboards), cases and cooling (heatsinks & fans). They've apparently also manufactured OEM motherboards for years for Intel & others. Their own branded motherboards are quoted as being made in association with Leadtek/WinFast.
