Mag innovision monitor problems
Ok just did a clean install of XP home and having problems with the mag innovision LCD monitor that came with the system. I am unable to get it to work, every time its plugged in it pops with with the message "Does not suuport VGA mode" and I am getting a little annoyed. The instructions and drivers from the mag main site have done me no good as I am unable to get windows to accept another monitor as being there. The only thing that shows up under monitor is plug in play and I cant add anything else. Any help be much appreciated. The monitor model is LT765s.
thanks,
michael

Driver Terrier
So you have downloaded the MAG_LCD_inf.exe or did you get just the mag_inf.exe?
What video card have you got? Did you load the drivers for it yet?
What colour is the power led on the monitor?

I have tried downloading both the drivers from the mag site but neither help as it requires a second monitor to be found other than the plug in play monitor. This computer has a Geforce4 mx 440 fully updated. The motherboard bios, windows, and everything else I can think of are updated completely. I just can't get windows to accept another monitor other than the plug in play monitor.
thanks for help if need any more info just ask I will be happy to give, this is annoying me greatly.

me too
i too am having trouble with my mag innovision monitor, on the back of the monitor it says that it is MAGLT501 model 501
I/p:12V=4A
It is an older monitor but is better then the one i am currently using. I have a NIDIA RIVA TNT MODEL2 Video card which i believe is fully updated. And when i try and use the MAG monitor it comes up with a message of "VGA MODE NOT SUPPORT" and then turns barely visible...
any help would be greatle appreciated

Intel Mod
Welcome to WinDrivers, bosco027.
It appears your system has a video resolution or refresh rate set which is unsupported by the MAG.
Do you have the appropriate driver installed:
http://www.maginnovision.com/download.htm
Even without this, a resolution of 1024x768 at 60Hz refresh should cause no problems, and I believe 75Hz refresh should also work correctly.
If neither of these operate properly, the monitor may have a fault - in that case, is it known to work OK on another system?
