Video to PC problem
Hi -
I have a JVC GR-D70US digital video camera. I installed the "JVC USB Driver Windows" disc that came with the camera (includes Digital Photo Navigator 1.0,Mr Photo 3 and ImageFolio). When I attempt to load video from camera to my Dell Dimension with XP via a USB 2.0 port I get the message: NO CAPTURE DRIVER IS AVAILABLE IN THE SYSTEM. I get this message when I try to load video with ULead Movie Suite 3 or Windows Moviemaker. The software that came with the camera does not appear to be for loading video and seems to be for single picture taking of which the camera is capable.
Do I need some driver software and/or cable? Can someone help?
Thanks
JJC

If I read the specs for this camera correctly, you do need a video capture device that accepts S-Video input. If your current video card can't do this, look at external capture devices from Adaptec, Pinnacle, etc.
