    lexmark Z32

    I have a problem with my control panel - only when I click onto printers and scanners it freezes up and says "not responding" I can correct this by unplugging the printer and re-booting the computer (after replugging in the printer and it seems to be fine for a while and then it happens again in a few days - anyone have any thoughts, this is driving me crazy - I even tried hooking up a different printer, still does the same thing

    Welcome to Windrivers bjarvis.

    Is the printer online when you try to open the printer and scanner icon?

    What windows version is this? Are all your windows updates uptodate?

    What about the chipset drivers? Is it usb 1.1 or usb2?
