HP E-Vectra indissassembleable?
I'm good at gramar... honest. (and speling to)
Does anyone know how to disassemble the HP E-Vectra? I'm trying to install some RAM and losing patience trying to figure out the puzzle. I checked HP's Web site and got a skimpy little PDF that lists parts and shows where they are but doesn't show how to get at them.
Thanks

I weld 1 chain to it and use HP's as a boat anchor

Very helpful slavedriver
Apparently there is a key which unlocks the back and allows the case to slide forward and off the chassis, the ram is located near the front bezel of the case. The service handbook shows this in upgrade section.

I don't love HP's either Slavedriver
Thanks Noonoo, somehow I had thought that that lock was for the hard drive.
