PCI Universal Serial Bus needed

I have visited the system properties on my very old CPi D266XT laptop and came across with some drivers missing. The Other Devices >>> has a PCI Universal Serial Bus with an exclamation mark on it. I visited the Properties on this and the device status says ...this device are not installed correctly. The Driver tab when clicked on, appears to have no driver files....

....therefore does anyone has these driver files, because i would like to it for my usb memory stick..

you need to come up with details of operating system.

I suggest checking at support.dell.com for the appropriate drivers for the laptop - as ross.v has noted, according to the operating system in use.
