MS Excel - Edit menu

You know, I saw that too at MS' knowledge base but couldn't figure out how to reassign the keys.

1. Open "Customize" from the Tools menu.
2. Click on the "Commands" tab.
3. Click on the "Edit" menu.
4. Click the "Modify Selection" button in the "Customize" window.
5. In the "Name" box, type a name for the menu command, with an ampersand (&) before the letter you want as the keyboard shortcut. (Mine looks like this - "&Edit")
6. Press enter.
7. Close the customize box.
