    Unhappy slow outlook express

    Built several athlon based boxes for my company. All run good except one which has a problem with outlook express taking forever to load. All boxes have same components accessing mail server through 768 DSL. IE loads right up. Any ideas????
    Have reinstalled 98se didnt help
