When I go to housecall I get
Click on the little blue shield and away it goes to install...do you get that far?
Does windows update work ok?
Yes windows update works perfect.
My housecall screen looks different from the one you displayed.

When I select the country I get the bar with the message that does not allow proceed further with the scan. I clicked on housecall where you read housecall>scan. There I got a new screen that led me to the screen you displayed. I downloaded housecall activex and run the scan: perfect. The same clean health bill from panda.
By the way, clicking on the blue shield didn’t have any effect. I clicked on the bar and the download started.

The blue shield should do exactly the same as the information bar. So activex is working.
