Unhappy NIS 2005 OEM can't install from fresh

I had a client which use NIS 2005 and her subscribtion had finished.
I bought her another OEM cd with a different serial, and after i removed the old NIS 2005 and tried to install the new NIS 2005 cd i bought, it told me that the subscibtion is for 366 days, but gave the dates of the old installation.....which is already finished a week ago....
I tried to enter the new S/N in the renew process, but it seems to need a number you get from symantec tech support, and there is none in ISRAEL....
Please help me find a way to totaly remove old subscribtion data from the computer in order to activate the new version i bought...Thank you

You are not supposed to run out and buy a new oem cd - you are supposed to resubscribe.

Knowing that norton tag everything and it's grandmother, you might be looking at a format... or calling norton
