    Error message starting outlook

So sick of outlook! I am running outlook 2000 on exchange server environment. When user brings up outlook he gets error message

Errors in background synchronization. In most cases, further information available in synchronization log in the deleted items folder.

Well i looked in there. It says it has to do with problems synchronizing. Synchronzing is off! I have checked and double checked.

I have run a repair, i have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have turned on synch and resynch and still get the error. I have updated all the office updates and windows xp updates. I am at my wits end. No idea why I am getting this.

    Any suggestions appreciated

    check to see....

Check to see if the user has any custom folders set up and if they have rules in place that use those folders. If so, delete and re-create the rules and things should clear up.
    Sooouuuushi!
