Seagate Seatools Errors on new drive!

I'm sorry for having to post so much but, on my new drive I partitioned it and installed Windows XP when I run seatools now it says there are file structure errors on the first partition and the fourth and last one. I tried running scandisk and it ran correctly on all partitions. The first and last partition say critical errors the third says passed with inconsistencies, the error summary say's invalid free space value 1. What should I do? Should I ignore these errors?

My hard drive is a Seagate 7200.7 Sata hard drive on a A8n-Sli motherboard.

Are you using FAT32 by any chance?

Yes on the very last partition, on the rest I have them using NTFS, and the fourth partition has the temp files and the swap file on it. I also must mention I made all of these partitions using seagate seatools.

One slightly off topic question, in my case the antec P180 my hard drives are mounted on thier sides, will this make them more prone to damage if the system gets bumped?

Run the tools from a floppy with a full scan, see if you get any errors.
These days HDD's run very well in any position, but it's best to check on manufacturer's website for your specific model.

I just checked drive C: for now with Seatools and scandisk they both said it was fine, when I run Seatools and tell it to check file structure it says the same thing.
