Sys Fader Explorer???
i keep getting a message saying..
SYS FADER - EXPLORER. not responding
memory could not be written??
i have windows xp

That sounds very much like malware .. try sweeps with your av & get yourself something like spybot or adaware or both ! & see if they turn anything up .. I might have to ask for a hijackthis log to be sure its not (DX 'iffy' 'can' do this too, but you'd have noticed other stuff - do the dxdiag.exe diagnosis thingee too & make sure, its not much work).

Same problem
I installed hitman pro yesterday night around this time.and I couldnt shut off the pc. (I have also XP) so I opend ctrl+alt+del(dunno the english word)
so all of a sudden I see sys.fader not responding
I dont even know the file so I thought wtf and today I couldnt shut off either on the normal way.
can somebody help me plz I am already scanning and deleting everything I downloaded 2day and yeterday but so far no good.
