NOD32 in a LAN
We are looking into switching our anti-virus for our desktop/laptops. We are currently using Trend Micro on all of our desktops/laptops. I have used NOD32 on computers and I personally think it is great! It finds viruses/trojans that Mcafee, Norton, Trend Micro do not pick up. I was wondering if anyone has used NOD32 Enterprise Edition on their LAN? If so, any thoughts, suggestions. Can this also be installed on servers?

Geezer
I use nod32 as my 'tester' a/v as its quick to install & scan with & I was using this on servers when it wasn't supposed to work, & still am when it is - enterprise edition==server edition + 'adminsitration'
Here's a summary of all the variations of versions - Nod32 all versions
Usage wise I'd say it isn't better or worse than any other, or any more or less effective, as much of what various products find as 'extra viruses' aren't at all, but are trojans or some other form of malware, for which I personally advise different approaches ..

We use NOD across our network and have had no trouble at all. Life has been a lot simpler since ditching Norton and using NOD.
