Remote camera system for computer hookup

I am looking for a camera that will hook-up to my comp with the following requirements:

1 - can run on a cable/cord whatever about 25' from the comp (separate power source is okies)

    2 - has pan-tilt and zoom to about 5x

    3 - colour

4 - has a high degree of definition (near photo quality at max resolution)

    5 - compatible with Windows Xp/XP Pro

6 - software support that allows scheduling, editing, still capture, and change-in-frame alarms, etc

This is to allow me to record animals at our pond and as a bonus serve as a security system recorder.

Anyone aware of such a beastie?
