    Windows main log on screen

    On my system I have 2 scree name to log on with my room mates and my account. My screen has listed 15 unread emails where is this copming from.I have outlook 2003 and cleared out the inbox but it still list on the log in screen I have 15 unread messages.

    Check your deleted box as well. Uread messages sitting in there still count as unread until they are deleted for good. Chris P.

    Do you use messenger? If so this could be advising you that there is email waiting for you in hotmail or msn mail or yahoo mail.

    If you use Tweakui you can disable the logon mail notification completely.
    I have for the very reason of mails in deleted being unread, bit daft really telling you you have unread deleted messages but there you have it. Tweakui it away.
