    that may be the case here too but he still hasn't come back yet... we are in a strip mall so he just stopped by after going to another store....

    Generally, I think it's pretty easy to get folks to migrate to Thunderbird. Explain that it can import your mail settings and your mail, has a terrific junk mail filter, better security, and is easy to learn. BTW...FREE!

    I push Firefox/Thunderbird to all my clients, even casual ones. Sure some won't switch, but most do and are happy with the result.

    Does anyone know if Open Office works as a spell check for Outlook Express?
