Fedora Core 5 & Linksys Wireless WMP54GS
cannot associate with linksys wireless router.
In previous fedora core builds, 3 & 4 my wireless card worked fine, on wlan0.
Now I've updated to fedora core 5, my card appears on eth0 & does not associate with access point.
I usually manually type in the comands in Terminal mode to initialize the card as I have always done this in the past and works well.
The commands I type in are as follows.
/sbin/modprobe ndiswrapper
iwconfig eth0 essid WhatUpDoc
iwconfig eth0 key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
dhcpcd -t 10 eth0
I'm using ndiswrapper 1.22, dhcpcd 2, and have installed the wmp54gs files.
everything looks good but does not connect to access point.
Any help is appreciated.

I had Fedora 5 installed from a dvd image. WMP54GS was running fine by install the XP driver with ndiswrapper.
However, after I made a software update last night, I have the same problem as NTbluez describe above.
Help plz
Thx

you may have to update the kernel and get the latest ndiswrapper
