AIM Logging
As far as I can tell, AIM still doesn't offer IM logging in their AIM software. I've looked around and found several different programs available for purchase that will log AIM chats, but was curious if anybody had any experience with any, and could reccomend one over another.
I've looked at Sourceforge, Freshmeat, etc. to see if there are any free open sourced options available, but didn't have any luck...........Any help with this would be greatly appreciated (I'm not real familiar with AIM, as I do all my IM'ing with Trillian or GAIM).
Thanks!

GAIM logs all chats by default. Go under Preferences -> Logging
To view a log, double-click the contact (as if goging to chat with them, click conversation, view log, then pick the date).
I know Yahoo IM has a log mode also, but it is not enabled by default.
As far as specifically using AIM to log chats - I couldn't find a free logger either. You can always use a network sniffer like Ethereal as a logger.

Laptops/Notebooks/PDA Mod
I know GAIM and Trillian both will do logging, as that's what I currently use. I'm actually trying to find this for a coworker here who wants to be able to log converstaions using AIM messenger. I've found one that's only $5, so I guess she's just going to need to cough it up; its not like $5 is going to break her!
