    Well I cannot find a website for that computer brand, so I can recommend you download this utility and it should give you and us an idea of your computer specs

    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html

    Also check device manager and see if the sound card is listed and has no errors. If you know the computer manufacturers website check there for an updated driver to install. That about all I can do until I get more info.

    Welcome to WinDrivers:

    Just in case you are having a hard time;

    To down load and install Everest:

    go into Windows Explorer, left click on Desktop, then File, then New and then Folder - name the folder Everest

    go to the site recommended above and click on the nearest site to you and then click on the 'click here if it does not' text, then click 'save' and specify
    the folder you created on the desktop (Everest) and wait until the download is complete.

    once it is done, clear your screen and click on the desktop folder and then on the file inside and just keep agreeing to everything until it is installed -

    you will now have a NEW desktop button named Everest with their icon - click on the one you created and delete it now or later.

    Run Everest from the New Icon and then click Computer and then Summary and wait a couple shakes THEN scroll down until you see the Multimedia Audio Adapter entry and report that here.

    Download the drivers into a new folder on the desktop like before -unzip them to that folder.

    Go into device manager, find your audio controller (should have a yellow flag) and click update driver -DO NOT let Windoze do it - instead, point the serach to your desktop folder.

    In the control panel,click system,click hardware-click device manager.

    You can also right click on My Computer,Go to properties,hardware,
    and then device manager.
