AutoCad r11 dos printing to HP722
I have Autocad r11 dos. It will not run in dos under win95 - must shut down win95 to run program. Printer selections under autocad are two ancient IBM printers. I can print on an older win 3.1 machine to an HP deskjet 500 (selecting either of the old IBM printers in the autocad setup) but would like to use software on newer machine and print in color. The answer may be in some of the previous dos/printer questions/answers but perhaps I ain't computer literate enough to understand

First off, sorry for the long wait for a response...I just saw your post today.
Anyway, just for grins, you might go here for drivers for your DeskJet. As you will see, no drivers for DOS, but there is one for Win95.
You might also go here for HP's website for AutoCad. It talks about AutoCad version 12, 13 & 14...nothing for version 11.
I also tried going to AutoDesk's website. Again, nothing for version 11...only higher, more recent versions.
Sorry I couldn't help out more...
Anyway, Good Luck!

I was able to find a tutorial book for you. Go here for Learn AutoCad in a Day. It says it covers AutoCAD Release 11 for DOS and costs $12.95. Might be worth checking into.
Again, Good Luck!
