Terminal Services Printing
A doctor's office who prints through terminal services is having a problem with the printers disappearing. The printers are laserjet1320 and a 4p. They are shared from Windows 2000 Pro machines.
I was thinking about using a Jetdirect print server as a solution. Does anyone know how well they work in TS? Any tips for troubleshooting TS printing?
