    can anyone tell me if my pc is running at its best from the cpu-z info below: in particular the memory stick 512mb....

    Bus speeds for everything seem to be right
    Mem module isn't really gonna make much difference to go to a name brand if in fact you aren't getting errors from the module thats in there now.
    So I would say yes its as good as it gets
    Only suggestion i can make is another 512 to make a gig and I dont see anything really about what video card is in there. Even the video isnt gonna make much for speed differences. It may allow some games to play that wouldnt with the stock video but thats about it.

    Thanks Ferrit, the vid's a NVIDIA Geforce 4 MX 440.

    Wierd the Memory brand didn't come up eh? The boards EPOX.

    The system also has scsi adapter card because i have a DVD-RAM, cdrw, Jaz AND hp scanner 5p, attached.

    This would app[rear to be an 8KHA model - this link says it has 1.5 gb memory in 3 slots available: I dunno;

    that's right. both this one and the almost identical pc which i use for games have an epox m/b with athlon processors.

    OK -you have No Name ram BUT GOOD no name - great timing numbers as far as I know. If you could match one or 2 more into that board (1 at least) you should see a game performance improvement.
