From MS:
"0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
What Does It Mean?
An attempt was made to touch pageable memory at a process IRQL that is too high. Basically, a device driver is trying to read or write to a memory location that is pageable.
How Do I Fix It?
Try to determine approximately when this blue screen occurred.
Were updated device drivers added to the system, or was a hardware device replaced that needed new drivers?
Examine the Event Viewer's logs for possible clues, such as drivers that might be reporting errors.
If such logs exist in Event Viewer, how periodic are they? Are they consistent? Possibly, a scheduled system event is happening at this time."
Uninstall the NIC/disable it in bios to see if that's where the problem is coming from.

This is from a clean Windows NT installation with only network card drivers loaded (3Com)and video card drivers (Matrox G400)
the onboard audio and nic have been disabled.
I removed the 3com card and replaced the memory and now I get a new BSOD.I believe it is memory related but not sure to what extent
here's the new Blue Screen
