    Post what patches are installed

i know in 2000 there's a tool (qfecheck) that you can run to determine what patches are installed on a w2k box, is there something that will do the same thing on an nt server?

If you reboot the server the osloader tells what service pack is installed. Not the easiest way.

If you get the properties on My Computer, doesn't it tell you the Service Pack? At least on my 2k Box it did. My bad. It doesn't work on NT Server. I just tried it.

But QFECheck tell's you which patches have been installed since the last service pack update and which ones need to be reinstalled because another program installed has interferred with the patch.

This was new learning for me as well, inspired by the original question. Did some research and tests and wallah! I was pretty surprised to find out that 3 of the 4 updates I installed after my last clean install of W2K w/SP1 were corrupted--Reinstalled and reran QFECheck and everything's cool. Could well explain a couple of minor glitches I experienced a few days back....
