...CPU fan starts.
Before I see the post screen CPU fan stops for a few seconds & then
suddenly it starts againg & then system starting up.
I've seen like this before. What happened there?
(I changed the RAM & Power supply but the problem is.)
Thanks.

Please supply the following:
What are the processes you used to install the new hardware? Please post the stages in steps for installing the new ram and new power supply.(basic rundown of your process of installation)
What type of Ram?(all specs)
What motherboard do you use?
What power supply did you install and what was the old one?(all specs)
?This information will give your problem diagnostics a start at least.

PC was healthy till someone use a program with a HARDWARE LOCK(parallel port) on it.
I think the problem maybe that hardware lock.
By now with or without that LOCK the system is not working good.
sometimes it restarts.
The major problem is when the PC switched on it hangs on POST searching hard disk(Maxtor SATA 120GB).
I Clear CMOS .every time I clear it & switch it on the CPU fan do that(I said before) but system boots up. when I shut down the Windows & want to switch the PC on again all the above Occured again!

Have you considered flashing the bios?

And has this problem started since the bios update or before it?

I assume the "both" means before and after the bios update...
Have you tried simply disabling the parallel port in bios?

No, It was enable all the time.
I've seen such problems in these years on other systems.
for some of them when you connect the power cable to the PC
suddenly it switches on.for them I try to adjust BIOS for the 'LAST STATE' of
PC but the problem is there.
