    Burning problems

    I have a hp dvd writer 740b and I tried to burn a dvd today. But when I got home it said it stopped because of an error.

    These movies you are trying to copy, are they the ones you shot with movie camera? or similar in being home movies? If it is to burn movies you buy or rent is against forum policies to talk about

    KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR - in other words, wrong media type is being used or the media is damaged in some way. Have you checked for a firmware update?

    I'm using maxell dvd+rw. What brand of dvd's do you recommend?
