Geforce fx5200 agp won't do 1440x900.
Customer purchased a new pny Geforce fx5200 agp with 256 mb ddr that the box says will do 1600x1200.
The max I can get is 1360x768.
PNY tech support says they will call me back. Two days ago.
The machine is running win98se with 128 mb ram and a Pentium 3 600eb cpu.
I have tried playing with the refresh rate, changing the monitor driver to the built in flat planel at 1600x1200, etc. It still won't get me any higher than the 1360x768 in the display properties slider.
Customer bought the card to use with a new Envison 19inch flat panel widescreen that needs 1440x900.
I am using the last nvidia drivers.
Any ideas

Found the answer to this and thought I would post it for you see:

The current NVIDIA Forceware Windows 98/Me display drivers does not feature native support for the resolutions of 1440 x 900 and 1680 x 1050. Since many newer widescreen LCD monitors have a native resolution of either 1440 x 900 or 1680 x 1050, we have created a new driver which adds support for these display modes. Please download the file "forceware_win9x.zip" from the File Attachments section below

Thanks for getting back on that one techs, handy to know. I'm downloading the driver now just in case of future need.
