Unhappy a very anoying Mouse problem

ok, i just bought a new 2.6ghz acer computer, everything is fine except for 2 things really.

    1. when i start diablo 2 it takes about a bit under a minute to start up for some reason, no other program has this issue. (this isn't that much of a problem but it would sure be nice to get fixed)

    2. my mouse everyonce in a while gets kind of stuck and shoots off to the side, for example in CS when i play and the issue kicks in, it shoots my view to the sky, or to the ground instantly and i get killed etc. very anoying, anyways i would LOVE to fix these, but i think ill be better off just taking it back and getting a new computer (what a drag) but oh well

    please help, thank you

    Welcome to Windrivers alig

If you have just bought this computer, have you called the Acer support?
The mouse problem might be driver problem or it could be a break in the wire... unless it's wireless? If it's optical, it could be the surface on which you are using the mouse too. Try a piece of plain paper as an experiment.
