Broke my upper right arm and shoulder in a fall about 10 years ago, and now changing a light bulb while standing on a chair gives me cold sweats, so I'd say acrophobia fits the bill.
And street, I loved the foil beanie, but just exactly how'd you find the site?

I do have some acrophobia. I'm happy enough (but cautious) at normal roof level, but I always disliked doing TV antennas at work. I did get caught once with a bit of a panic attack when I had to do a solo installation onto a chimney on a 2-storey house at the top of a fairly high hill. The extension ladder only reached about 18" above the gutter, and when I came to get down, I couldn't make myself go over the edge to get back on the ladder. I had to go sit in the vee between the high side of the chimney and the roof for a while, until I calmed down & stopped picturing myself overbalancing & crashing down onto the concrete with no-one around to help...
