    Post HP 2000c

I have a customer that has a HP2000c printer on a machine running NT4. The problem is whenever she goes to print it tells her she is out of disk space and then prints anyhow. Then it flashes a screen that says it cannot get two way communication with the printer.
The print quality or speed has not changed. My questions are:
What should I be looking for? The HP site mentioned something about ramdisk size. What is it and how do I change the size? I am really new to NT and would appreciate any help.

    In control panel/system
If I remember right, I don't have an NT system here right now.
You need to increase the size of your page file.
    EXAMPLE
    If it's reading 64-75
    Change it to 128-256
Be careful of how much you increase it, because it will save that much space on your hard drive in the partition where NT resides, so if you don't have a lot of space on the hard drive, you might have to go to a lower page file setting.

I did not work on the problem but my boss did. He said he created a new spool file on another drive and tripled the size. So far so good. Thanks for the help
