Very nearly. Customer had to update his antivirus software, and just got intimidated by all those "click next to continue", "click OK to confirm" messages. Sat around for an hour answering questions like, "yes, you want to download and install all the available updates.'

But, we all have blind spots. Hey! You saw my score on the sports trivia quiz. Gah! Even the girls clobbered me!

[edit]: We have a lot of older folk around here, and I deal with people every day who didn't own a computer until they were in their 60's or 70's. Sometimes older. It really does get frustrating, and I'm sure it's worse for them than me. Still, you leave many of these jobs feeling like you've been punched in the head. Many times.

I did a search on NRK, where I found what I think is the original, but I couldn't get it to load.

A Google search reveals that NRK posted the video clip themselves on YouTube:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQHX-SjgQvQ

The translations are a little better here, and there are a few more seconds of the skit. The "Have you read the manual?" question comes up.

Thanks again Street! Made my day!
