    Word Help Maybe

    Anyone have any idea why when we goto save a file in word it takes like 2 minutes to pull up the dropdown menu of where to save it then it takes another 2 minutes to open the folder? The machine has 2 gigs of ram and plenty of free hard drive space. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Temporary internet files and temp files directories probably can do with a clean out.
