    WORD copy and past

    I creat an object in a document, I coppy it an I past it in another document. The pasted object preserves its its elements except for the texts in the Text Boxes. They become different font types, different font sizes, bold characters and different line spacing.

    Any suggestion how to fix this problem? I have Office 2000 with latest updates. This problem started to develop after the latest updates.

    Have you tried clicking the smart tag and choosing "Keep Source Formatting" ?
