Changing letters
how do you change the computer to type capital letters all the time?

I guess I was not clear in my post. Some how my neighbor clicked on something and all you can type is capital letters and Caps Lock is not on.

he should be activateing the sticky key so when even if the caps lock is off it will type in caps and when you ON the caps lock then what ever he will be type will be in small letter so check the sticky key in accessibility option from control panel or press the shift key continous five times then the stickey keys activated.
