I installed ie7 and then uninstalled it back to ie6. In this process I lost the speller-checker of outlook express. The installer freezes everything and clicking the button Cancel does not help. I have to use Task Manager to end the processes iexplore.exe and msimn.exe. Finally I unchecked Windows Installer in msconfig-services. Now I can go online after installer img.jpg flashes once. I can also write an email but when I click send I get the prompt saying the speller-checker was halted and it gives me the option to send the message anyway and I confirm.
I visiting Microsoft KB website and the link you provided in another similar situation, I could not make any progress. The files CSAPI3T1.DLL and MSPFR32.DLL are in their proof directory and the registry is OK. The file Mssp232.dll is missing.
Where I could find the missing file to download, would download and copying in the proof folder be the complete solution?
