HP OfficeJet T45xi under Vista
I've bought a new PC running Windows Vista. Then I discovered that HP no longer supports my T45xi all-in-one printer under Vista. There is no driver available.
I'd hate to throw my good printer in the junk heap. Is there a solution?
I even got a Parallel to USB conversion cable in the hope that I can find a USB driver that will work. But I haven't succeeded with that direction either, so far.

Welcome to Windrivers elanc
What happened to your old PC? You can network to the pcs together and print to the printer from the vista machine.
You might be able to the printing functions only by installing it as a standard hp printer.

The old computer is a gonner. Anyway, I wouldn't want to keep another computer around just to drive a printer.
How do I install it as a "standard hp printer"? Vista recognizes it as a T45 and demands a driver for that model.

Cancel the install and manually install a printer that Vista natively has a driver for
