1. open User Manager (usrmgr.exe) for domains and make sure all the accounts are not locked out or disabled.

2. also make sure that you didn't check user must change password and at the same time user is not allowed to change password

3. create a workstation accout to each Windows NT computer in Server Manager (srvmgr.exe)

4. check in user rights assignment (again in user manager) that you have given permission to "access this machine from the network"
