Avast AV
For some odd reason Avast is bocking a customer from browsing with IE. I know this because I turn Avast off and it works. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Sounds like a misconfigured webshield. Have you tried just turning off one avast feature at a time?

Not yet. I did turn off all and started a web browser and it went on a site then I had her turn it back on and she was able to browse. Strange no settings were changed. I installed it and left it at default settings. AOL browser was unaffected but IE and Firefox wouldn't work.
